Food Booths, Game Booths & Main Entertainment Stage
Enter through the lower parking lot at 1111 Stevens Drive. Food booths are located in both the upper and lower parking lots, which are both accessible for all abilities. Game booths and field access for bounce houses are all within the lower parking lot. No cars are allowed in either parking lot while the event is underway.
Those moving between parking lots may use the set of stairs nearest to the school gym and cafeteria. Those who wish to avoid stairs may use the road on the north end of the parking lot, nearest to the church building, to access the food booths in the upper lot.
Seating is available throughout the upper parking lot for dining, and limited bleacher seating is available for spectators nearest to the entertainment stage.
Bier Garten (21+ only) - Outdoor option only in 2023!
There is a 100% ID check on site for all bier garten attendees. Those intending to enter the bier garten should do so from Stevens Drive, no longer from Long Ave. There is only an outdoor bier garten in 2023, located on the school playfield.
Please make prior arrangements to return home safely or see a bier garten staffer for assistance to ensure your safe departure.
Parking Options - Carpools Suggested!
Limited street parking is available on Swift Blvd., Long Ave. and Stevens Dr. In addition, Stevens Dr. is closed to traffic north of Swift Blvd and south of the intersection with Long Ave. Carpools are recommended. Parking is not available at Kadlec. Simultaneous events at Fran Rish Stadium and the Columbia Playfields may also limit parking. Be prepared to walk a short distance to access the event.
Bingo, Middle School Dance, Arts & Crafts

There are no stairs to enter the school building, where you will find bingo, arts & crafts and raffle tickets. A middle school dance will be held Friday night in the school gym. There is NO Granny’s Attic or farmer’s market in 2023.
